Dylan started his journey in healthcare as a medic in the U.S. Air Force. During this time, Dylan oversaw operations in emergency medicine and inpatient care units before ultimately serving as an instructor at the Air Force’s Aerospace Medical Training School. Dylan quickly recognized multiple deficiencies in our healthcare system, preventing patients from receiving adequate personalized care. Too often, Dylan witnessed a cookie-cutter approach to medicine where patients’ concerns and root cause issues were overlooked, often due to physician time constraints with patients, a lack of individualized care, and an underutilization of diagnostic testing.
